Sony ships to all 50 States. At this time we do not ship to U.S. territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
Orders will normally ship within 1 business day if the product is available.
Deliveries are Monday - Saturday. (Saturday delivery to residential addresses only).
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and to some rural areas of the continental U.S. might require additional transit days. Please refer to FedEx.com for areas that are affected.

Estimated Availability Date: Estimated Availability dates for items that were currently Out of Stock at the time of purchase are provided to you on your Order Confirmation. Occasionally an Estimated Availability Date will change from the original date that we provided to you on your Order Confirmation. If this occurs, and if we have your email address on file, we will send an email to you notifying you of the modified Estimated Availability date.
Configure to Order (CTO) Computers In stock CTO models typically ship within 5-7 business days after the order date.
Multiple Shipments In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, Sony may ship items from different warehouses. This will not increase your shipping charges.
Partial Shipments Products from the same order are often shipped from different warehouses or at different times based on item availability. When this occurs, the status of you order may be labeled "Partially Shipped". Partially shipping an order is at Sonyˇ¦s discretion and does not increase your shipping charges.
Estimated Ship Date: When we receive your order, we are usually able to provide you with an Estimated Ship Date. This is the date that we expect to be able to place you item with a carrier for delivery.
On the FedEx web site the tracking message might read "Data transmitted to FedEx". Sometimes this data takes up to 24 hours to upload to the FedEx system. This does not mean that your package is stuck at a location. Your package will be physically moving through the FedEx system.
Estimated Delivery Date: When an item from your order has been shipped, we usually provide you with an Estimated Delivery Date and a Tracking Number that enables you to track the progress of the packages for our warehouse to your Shipping Address. We calculate the delivery date based on data we receive from the carrier. We will also provide you with the name, telephone number, and URL of the carrier so you will be able to track the product to your shipping address.

When can you track your order?
At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.
