Excellent.
Pros: Excellent Picture quality, easy setup.
Cons: None.
I am writing this review based on seeing my freinds KDL52S5100 that he just bought the other day. This is Sony's S series which many call an entery level tv. Well call it what you like but this tv deliever's in every way possible. First with the Bravia 2 engine it delivers crisp, clear, sharp images even while watching your standard def channels. But watching Blu ray or HD channels it is just amazing. It dont have the much hyped 120hz feature only 60hz but I noticed no judder or blurriness while watching movies or sports. The sound? Better then my 46V4100 is all I can say but I would suggest hooking any HD tv to a surround sound system because let's face it tv speakers really aint the experience your looking for for true surround sound anyway. After seeing and watching my freinds new HD tv I am thinking of replacing my 46V4100 for this set. It impressed me that much! For an entery level tv I would say the KDL52S5100 hold's it's own with it's much higher priced brother's. For the price it's a major steal and a tv worth getting. I know I will be getting one and soon.

Amazing Sony) kdl 52s5100 TV. My friend has a 52" Bravia XBR5 and that was the BEST TV that i have laid my eyes on. The 120mhz Motion flow chip in that TV is great. This TV, although is a cheaper model, it is FANTASTIC!! The color is ...well.....too many words to describe how beautiful the picture is. For the price.....c'mon....It can't be beat!. This TV is beautiful, the picture is soooooo "real". Anyway. I am happy that I got it yesterday. I'm gonna watch a Blu Ray movie today and have a drink. Watch a TV....sheeeesh!!!! :) Johnny FYG
