Offering plenty of connectivity options for your expanding lifestyle, the STR-DN1000 includes 4 HDMI™ inputs, 3 component inputs, a Digital Media Port input for use with MP3 players, and is SIRIUS Satellite Radio-ready. Awsome
Pros: Looks great, Set up is easy and cool, its all diplayed on your TV, price is good for all the features.
Cons: None
Just got this STR-DN1000 reciever and hooked it all up to my Samsung 52" LCD 750 series and PS3, works great and sounds great, love the on screen guide to set up as you want, you can set it from 2 speaker thru 7.1 suround sound, i got mine set to 5.1 with some (ENERGY Take Classic) surround speaker system that sound great, the set up is eazy with the self calibration that comes included just hook the mic up and let it do its thing.

Pros: Its Excellent
This unit can operate all components hooked up to it, the reciever is easy to use and looks great with a Sony BluRay player
- Transmits up to 164 feet. Signal and sound quality may vary.
- Works with BRAVIA® or Theatre Sync TM labeled home audio/video products when connected via HDMI.
- Sirius requires optional antenna and subscription service.
- Requires Digital Media Port accessory compatible with the device (sold separately).
- Requires HDTV with HDMI connector (sold separately) and equivalent display capability. Image quality will vary.
- iPod® support is limited based upon which optional Digital Media Port is being used. The TDM-IP10 will support the following players: iPod® touch, iPod® classic, iPod® Nano 1st, 2nd & 3rd generation, iPod® 4th& 5th generation &iPod® Mini. The TDM-IP 50 adds iPhone™ support as well.
