I've had this product for 6-12 months
Pros: Very nice sound including the bass.
Cons: Very, very, very cheap material cover that brakes off easy.
Overall the headphone is excellent in sound except for the material they used to cover the padding for the head and ear that flakes off and cracked easy.

Pros: Nice imaging, great bass response
Cons: Brown color instead of black or titanium/silver
Using these through a cell phone or mp3 player just doesn't do them justice. They sound fantastic but it left me wanting more. I plugged them into my 2400ES receiver and was totally blown away by the detail hiding in my music. So much clarity in voice and instruments. They manage to push through together and not over power one another. The low end is not exaggerated like on other dj headphones. Only downside is the brown color, lots of comments on how odd they look. Also, any potential buyers should avoid the fake pairs on ebay. They sell for around 30 dollars and have a very purplish tint on the outside, which should be gloss black. These are not genuine Sony cans being sold on ebay. You get what you pay for!

Pros: long coiling cord, POWERFUL BASS RESONSE
Cons: non-rotating earcups, screw-on adapter
I'm a dj, prducer, and avid music lover. these headphones are just what i've been looking for. i have a small head, and as a result, pioneer headphones slip off too easily and aren't tight enough to keep sound from leaking in. these sony's are designed to cup your ear fully, causing the lows to put pressure on your ears if listening for an extended period of time without removing them. they have amazing resonse for sound quality with powerful bass, which is what's needed when you got a poorly eq'ed monitor crackling 3 feet to your right. the only downside i think is they don't rotate, just have flipping earcups. overall, a great buy. i got them for christmas :]]
