I bought this a few months back, and I am quite satisfied with its performance. Battery time is around 24 hours if used full 24 hours. Smile shutter is a very great feature of Cybershot, It wont let me adjust my fingers to find a smile. I mostly used it on 3MP but the result is quite fine on low and high MP falsh quality is very good - i have taken snaps in total darkness and falsh has made those shots as if they are in room light. Strongly recommended.

Face Detection
Face Detection technology automatically controls flash, focus, exposure, and white balance to help reveal faces in shadows, make skin tones look more natural, reduce red-eye, and eliminates harsh facial glare.
Super SteadyShot® Optical Image Stabilization
Super SteadyShot® Image Stabilization compensates for shaky hands and minimizes blur with a built-in gyro sensor that detects camera movement and sends correcting signals to a stabilization lens -- so there’s no need to crop in on your shot to reduce blur.
Convenient Photo Modes
To adjust quickly for specific shooting situations, you can choose from several convenientphoto modes, including Auto, Program Auto, and Scene Selections such as Twilight, Twilight Portrait, Fireworks, Smile Shutter, Landscape, Soft Snap, Snow, High Sensitivity, and Beach environments.
9-Point Auto Focus

In-Camera Retouching
Add creative effects to photos after you shoot using any of 9 filters, including a “radial blur” effect and “retro” color tint and trimming function, as well as a soft edge filter to soften backgrounds, cross filter to place starry “dazzles” at highlight points, partial color filter to mute surrounding colors, or even a fish-eye filter to create interesting fish-eye lens effects, and unsharp maskunsharp masking to sharpen the image.
Picture Motion Browser Software
Supplied software makes it easier to upload, organize, and search photos on your PC. When shooting photos using your camera and an optional GPS unit, the software even provides a convenient map view function that lets you sort photos by location and display their origin on a world map.

Outstanding Camera

I bought this a few months back, and I am quite satisfied with its performance. Battery time is around 24 hours if used full 24 hours. - Viewable area; measured diagonally.
- Available storage capacity may vary and a portion of the memory is used for data management functions.
- HD viewing requires a Sony HD connector cable or HD Cyber-shot Station® cradle and HDTV. All sold separately.
- Music tracks can be up to five minutes long. When using Music Transfer to download music, tracks longer than five minutes will be reduced to five minutes when uploading to the Cyber-shot.
- Smart Zoom® feature will not work at highest resolution setting.
- Up to 6 shots while in Smile Shutter mode.
- Shooting at high frame rate of up to 30 frames per second requires Memory Stick PRO Duo™ media.
- Special TV settings are required. Further details are available in the BRAVIA® instruction manual.
