I've had this product for 1-3 months
Pros: That I'll never buy these again
Cons: EVERYTHING
I hate to be so blunt, but I've gone through 3 pairs in under 9 months. I'm avidly loyal to Sony, but this last pair just went out on me DURING A HALF MARATHON. This is just sad. There should better QUALITY. Please these are good for maybe a dozen uses. DO NOT BUY. FACTS: 3 different pairs each only lasting about 3 months each Problem: One hear bud will usually just go "out" extension wire gets caught and detaches VERY POOR QUALITY. I used these for working out and running.

I've had this product for less than a month
Pros: Great Design
Cons: Poor Sound Quality
Love the Design, Stays in ear, Don't always have to be readjusting them. But the sound is awfull, NOT loud at all. Have a $5 pair of Panasonic ear buds that are 5 times louder. very disappointedwith these ear buds for the price I paid for them.

Do not buy these. The sound quality is horrible and the volume level you get is very low. These don't even come close to being as good as the cheap ones the walkman came with. I'm sending mine back right away.

I've had this product for 3-6 months
Pros: Sound. Design.
Cons: Terrible Durability
Great sound and design...for about 4-5 months, at whcih time the right bud stopped working. For the price, and given the "active style" description, they should be way more durable than that. Worse yet, they were never "abused".. They went from my ears into my gym bag...always rolled up...never crushed. Of course, 4-5 months is just beyond the warranty period. Nice.

Pros: Great Fit, Great Sound, Sweat-Proof
Cons: Earpieces can act like hooks in your gym bag, snagging on things as you try to take them out
I bought these headphones after trying a few other designs from Sony as well as other companies. My day to day headphones are the Sony MDR-EX75 earbuds, which I LOVE, so I was looking for something similar in a waterproof package (I shorted out a couple pairs of the EX75s while working out). These were EXACTLY what I was looking for. Same great sound, comfort, etc. All in a package that was waterproof and stayed on my ears (better than Sony MDR-AS20J Sport Headphones). So far I'm convinced about 10 of my friends to get the same earbuds and they ALL can't work out without them now! You can find them cheaper on some other websites! ($25)

Pros: Great design for runners
Cons: Left earpiece shorts out
I've been through 4 paris of these headphones within the past year. When they work, they are great. The hanging earbuds are great for runners, and I've run marathons with them without having to worry about them slipping out of my ears. However, these headphones have a chronic problem of the left earpiece shorting out. It's quite frustrating prepping for a really great workout, only to discover that your headphones aren't working. I'm going to try a different style.

I've had this product for 6-12 months
Pros: Good sound, stays in your ear
I had been using the earbuds without the extra clips that these ones have. As soon as I saw these I grabbed em. Now I can listen to music without having to readjust my headphones. I haven't had any issues with cables wearing out yet. The sound is good for the price.

Pros: Great for running
Cons: Bare wires where headphones plug into extension cord
I truly enjoyed this pair of headphones for a while. I started running more and they worked great, and had fairly good sound. The problem was where the headphones plugged into the extension cord. After a short time, the wires started slipping out of the plug on the headphone side. Now I have a great headphone extension cord and one working bud. Not worth the price for as long as they lasted.
