this is the best laptop i have had iout of the 5 that i have owned and im am staying with sony when i upgrade to a better laptop. just amasing, it even out shines the Mac in every way

Very Impressed with Sony Quality
Pros: Screen quality, speed, beautiful laptop, great features, Sony Style THANK YOU!
Cons: manual is not informative, and they should have provided system software
First, Sony Style shipped very fast. The system was in mint condition and did everything promised right out of the box. The system is super fast and I've tested the Blu-ray, gaming, and ran 3D Benchmark tests with great results. This product is pure quality and looks better then any laptop on the market, even better then the Mac. I couldn't be happier. My only complaint is the manual is not informative, and they should have provided system software instead of putting a hidden partition with restore and making you use recovery discs.

The best!
Pros: Fast, stylish, and everything else..
Cons: A bit bulky
I received this laptop as a gift & I love it. I watch a lot of movies on my laptop. The display is always beautiful. The laptop is also very fast and quick. I'm always running all sorts of program along with photoshop. The design of the laptop is very nice as it is very sleek and simple. I am a student and carryng this around campus can be exhausting but I wouldn't trade it for anything. I have always been a loyal Sony Vaio customer since my last laptop is 6 years old and still living. I know this one wll last as long.

Love this Laptop
Pros: Keyboard, Huge Screen, HDMI plug-ins, Blu-Ray player
Cons: had to download the video card update, might need to get a mouse.
My last laptop crashed a few months back and I knew that one day I would need to get another. I started looking around and comparing brands and one thing stood out. Everyone that has reviewed a Sony Vaio has had great things to say about them. Well I am no different. This computer is great. First off the design is remarkable. I love the keyboard setup, it is very similar to a MacBook which is a huge plus. The keys barely make any noise when pushed. The screen is huge and looks amazing when watching the Blu Ray player. The Vista programming has not been a problem as of yet, I hope it stays that way. The integrated Blu-Ray player was the key selling point for me. I've been wanting a player for a while and now I get a two for one. I hooked it up to my HDTV and the quality was amazing. Only downside was I had to download the video card update to get it to function right. Buy this computer, for the $$$ you will not find a better system
