price exaggeratedly high!
Pros: good memory, performance, weight, design

it is an excellent computer, it has a good performance, its has a great design, good memory, it is perfect except for the price, the price is way too high. I mean, who cares if it is a VAIO signature collection laptop. The fair price should be like $1,500 but everything except for the price is perfect

Too Much Bloatware added
Pros: Slim, lightweight, convenient
Cons: Way too much added bloatware/crapware
It took me 3 hours to remove all the added "bloatware" or "crapware". C'mon...I mean really, do we really need Norton, MS Works, MS Office, Vaio Care, Google Chrome, Google Toolbar? Seriously, if I want/need those things...then I will install them myself. I like the built-in GPS & Microsoft Street & Trips (full version). This $2000 version of Sony's P-series with 1.86GHz processor plus a 256GB solid state drive is significantly faster than the VGN-P530H/W that I owned for less than a week...but the P530 was <$700 while this one hits the $2k mark I can't use the WWAN from Verizon Wireless because I have a VZW USB175 usb modem card. The USB175 has just one number and it's not swappable between computers.

everything about this laptop is great but the only down i can find is that the price is far to high. I hope to see a price drop $1,500 is a good range of pricing. Other than that, everything about the VGN-P699E/Q is perfect
