This product was very expensive for a step back in technology from previous PSPs. I purchase this product because Sony had stated that they would provide a conversion program to be able to use my UMD programs in the PSP Go. I did my part (I even purchase a new PS3 to remote control into with my PSP Go), time for Sony to deliver on their promise.

Pros: Sleek Design, Fits in your pocket, More Portability, Comfortable
Cons: Small UMD library on PS,
The PSPgo has a great variety of features that the PSP can't offer like Bluetooth, M2 Memory Slot, Sliding Screen but there's no UMD drive which is a problem for newcomers but they can get PSP 3000 because they didn't replace it. There's also a new feature that interests me was pausing games, while you pause a game, you can play another game but if you pause that other game, it replaces the game that you just paused. The system is the same as the PSP but with new features which makes it a significant for PSP fans but not for newcomers, so recommend for people who are already in the PSP franchise. For newcomers, I recommend the PSP 3000.

It's amazing in size, you don't have to carry the games around, and it has good graphics. It doesn't have that good of multimedia (compared to the ipod touch) and it doesn't have a bunch of games. Overall it's really good for a first PSP.

i think this PSP is the best PSP ever made, it has wifi just like the previous models, but this psp has bluetooth. it has a 16 gigabytes of internal memory you cant actually play UMD's on the new psp go, you have to download games or videos at the playstation market place the new exclusive slide feature has made the psp go a lot smaller than other previous models, also it is approximately 43% lighter and 56% smaller than the original psp 1000 the screen has its ups and downs, the psp go's screen is smaller (3.8'') than the psp 3000 which is (4.3''), but on the positive side, it has the same resolution which means it is a bit more crisp than the previous models The psp go's screen slides up to reveal the main controls. The overall shape and sliding mechanism are similar to that of Sony's mylo COM-2 internet device. i think that if you are more into more of the digital side of things, choose the psp go, if you are more into the basic designs and technology ,choose the psp 3000, but if you are into online play,id suggest the MYLO 2 the psp go will not be replacing the psp 3000, so you do have other options the psp go

Pros: none
Cons: everything
I bought the PSP Go for my 10 year old daighter for Christmas and I should have just flushed the money down the toilet. She has not been able to download anything since she got it. Basically she had no Christmas because this is all she wanted. I have spent hours trying to figure out the problem and have yet to get the thing to work. I am unable to return the item as I bought it from Wal-mart on the day it became available and by the time she opened it on Christmas Morning it was already past the 30 day time limit for a return. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Pros: None
Cons: worth $100 selling for $250
The pro about this is the financial predation Sony will make off of it It doesn't have the disk drive or drive reader and is smaller so cost a lot less to manufacture but Sony is charging $100 more than it is worth. The battery is built in so it cannot be replaced when needed and will have built in obsolesence. The cost of the games should be half of what they are charging. There is no UMC to make and write on and not cover for the disk to make so they make a lot more by getting you to download. You cannot sell or transfer your games making them trash to you when you are tired of them.It takes 4 hours to download when before this rip off you could go to the store pick up a UMC immediately start to use it. Sell or trade it it later. It is a pain in the rear and time consuming navigating the PSN site and you are forced to install Media Go if downloading on your computer. This software is totally unecessary and Sony tries to make you download Itunes if you are not carefull about installing it. Try to use a credit card for adding money to your wallet and it doesn't work but Sony blames you when it is their problem as verified by the bank.
